Dr. Dana Harris

About: Dr. Dana Harris

Dr. Harris received her medical degree from Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and completed her training in adult psychiatry at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute. She has pursued fellowship training in integrative medicine and has advanced training in anti-aging and preventive medicine. She is board certified in adult psychiatry and addiction medicine.

Dr. Harris has worked in a variety of clinical settings, providing psychiatric consultation services to community mental health organizations and residential treatment programs as well as serving as an attending physician at the UCLA Addiction Psychiatry Clinic. She maintains a private practice in Brentwood, California where she specializes in women’s integrative mental health.

In addition to her clinical work, she currently serves as President of the California Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been a member of their education committee since 2014.

Dr. Harris believes that true healing occurs when patients and physicians work together to integrate healing of mind, body, and spirit, and she brings this holistic approach into her clinical work.
