A Legacy of Growth and Strategic Leadership Daniel’s career is defined by his ability to build effective relationships and lead high-performance teams through periods of rapid scaling. Prior to joining Carrara, he served as VP of Finance & Accounting at Athena Care, where he oversaw the financial operations for over 50 providers across multiple clinics. His deep expertise in the substance use disorder space was honed during his tenure at American Addiction Centers and its subsidiaries, where he played a critical role in growing annual cash flows from $60 million to over $300 million.

His background includes a diverse range of leadership roles, including Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services at Lightning Step Technologies, where he managed teams across the U.S. and internationally. Whether overseeing mergers and acquisitions, launching de novo programs, or navigating complex private equity landscapes, Daniel brings an achievement-oriented approach to corporate governance.
