Starting treatment at 1 Method Center through TriWest is designed to be seamless, respectful, and well-supported. Veterans begin the process by obtaining a referral from their VA provider. If the VA is unable to offer timely or local care, TriWest authorizes the referral to a community provider like 1 Method Center.
Once authorized, 1 Method Center’s admissions team handles everything from gathering medical records to coordinating travel and assessing the client’s clinical needs. Veterans receive comprehensive guidance about expectations, packing lists, and therapy schedules to ensure they feel confident and cared for from day one.
1 Method Center goes beyond traditional rehab by combining evidence-based clinical treatment with comprehensive wellness practices aimed at restoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This multifaceted approach is especially effective for veterans who may be managing the long-term effects of combat stress, PTSD, chronic pain, or physical injuries sustained during service. By blending medical care with holistic therapies, 1 Method Center helps veterans not only recover but rebuild a stronger, more balanced life.
Veterans at 1 Method Center participate in a wide range of integrative modalities including yoga, reiki, guided meditation, acupuncture, and sound therapy. These services are proven to reduce cortisol levels, ease hypervigilance, and foster a sense of calm and presence. Regular engagement in these therapies helps regulate the nervous system, which is often dysregulated in individuals with trauma exposure, ultimately supporting better sleep, mood stability, and emotional resilience.
Nutrition and physical health are foundational to long-term recovery. At 1 Method Center, each client receives personalized meal planning crafted by professional chefs, focusing on whole, anti-inflammatory foods that nourish the body and brain. Fitness regimens are developed in collaboration with certified trainers and adapted to each veteran’s physical capabilities and recovery goals. Whether rebuilding core strength or regaining confidence through structured routines, these physical practices help restore a sense of discipline, empowerment, and self-worth.
Every veteran’s healing journey is unique. 1 Method Center empowers clients to take an active role in their recovery by offering a menu of complementary services such as therapeutic art, expressive journaling, herbal detox protocols, and trauma-informed movement practices. Clients work with clinicians to build wellness plans that reflect their preferences and support their personal growth, emotional healing, and long-term recovery vision.
Privacy is a core commitment at 1 Method Center, particularly for veterans and military families concerned with confidentiality. Facilities are located in discreet areas and operate under strict HIPAA and VA-aligned privacy standards.
Clients are housed in upscale, private or semi-private accommodations. All staff are trained in military-specific discretion and ensure that every veteran is treated with the utmost respect and privacy.
1 Method Center offers an elite recovery experience designed to mirror a wellness retreat. Veterans can access top-tier clinical care paired with spa-quality amenities, luxurious surroundings, and gourmet meals, all while remaining focused on healing.
Many of these services are fully covered by TriWest for those referred through the VA. For TRICARE users, minimal co-payments may apply. The admissions team at 1 Method Center works closely with each family to explain financial obligations upfront.
1 Method Center delivers a comprehensive blend of evidence-based and holistic therapies, ensuring that each veteran receives a personalized, effective path to recovery. Clinical evaluations guide the selection of therapeutic modalities.
Most veterans referred through the VA Community Care Network receive full coverage for their treatment. However, military dependents or retired personnel using TRICARE may incur limited out-of-pocket expenses based on their individual plan.
1 Method Center works directly with TriWest to confirm coverage, explain benefits, and outline any possible fees prior to admission. VA-approved inpatient treatment is generally covered at 100% for eligible veterans.
The 1 Method Center–TriWest collaboration gives veterans and their families access to superior treatment without red tape or long wait times. It addresses not only the addiction but also the emotional and family toll it takes.
With national access, streamlined VA coordination, and trauma-informed care, 1 Method Center offers more than sobriety, it delivers a path to renewal. Whether facing combat trauma or struggling as a caregiver, healing is now within reach.
If you or a loved one is a veteran, service member, or dependent affected by addiction or mental health struggles, begin by consulting your VA healthcare provider. Request a referral through the Community Care Network (CCN) and ask to be referred to 1 Method Center. The VA will handle authorization through TriWest.
TriWest serves as the VA’s third-party administrator and works closely with 1 Method Center to ensure coverage and approval. They coordinate the background logistics so clients can prepare for healing without bureaucratic stress.
After approval, 1 Method Center’s admissions staff handles the scheduling, benefit confirmation, and pre-arrival preparation. From your first call to your first day on-site, every detail is managed with care and confidentiality.
